“We had booked a tour to the old golf course at St. Andrews in Scotland. Never received the tickets either by email or on the Viator app. We tried calling the customer service line but it was closed due to the time change. When we got back to Canada we put in a request for a refund. They said they reviewed the situation but the vendor would not support the situation. We have used Viator in the past when we went to Hawaii but this will be the last time we utilize their services. As such we can no longer support utilizing them and we suggest you be very careful…”

“I hate to write this, but felt the description for this excursion was misleading. Our driver was awesome, no doubt. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Had plenty of interesting commentary leading up to the memorial, through the city. The guided tour does stop however at the memorial. Rides on the Arizona are not guaranteed, and the cost of this excursion doesn’t include any of the add-ons at the site. Although we loved our guide, this amounted to a glorified Uber ride that we could’ve accomplished much cheaper on our own.”
