“I liked how kind/patient dexter was but i DONT like to book these kind of things with viator. I Specifically told thr lady a helicopter ride and she gave me a bus ride it was really upsetting because we flew from honolulu to hilo for a helicopter but we had to book a different tour that same day cuz the lady booked the wrong one. I asked her multiple times “are you sure its a helicopter ride” and she always said yes. But apart from that the bus ride was great they offered us lunch and drinks, and i learned alot.”

All his answer was I'll call you back and hang up the phone immediately, without any further conversation. He never called me back anyway. Without choice I called Viator to verify, agent responded that Jay explained to me he was still waiting for couple of visitors and he said he could call me at 3PM the day before the tour. Which was completely a lie! Finally I got e-mail confirmation night before the tour for shuttle service. Met the driver, realized our tour…”
