Then at drop off the driver dropped off the riders in a different order so we had to take an Uber back, which is what we should have done to begin with.”

“The hike was a great experince and a workout! We were able to see the sun rise and the views were beautiful... many photo ops of the view. Definitely wear good hiking/tennis shoes. There's a portion of the path way where the trail is very uneven and flights of stairs. Our tour guide was great as well. He shared a lot of unkmown history about diamond head.”

Respectfully, I found the show to be below subpar and we left halfway into the show. I couldn’t sit there and watch it any longer.”

“We had a blast !! The kids and us adults had the most fun ever!! We were able to get on all the rides that were open. The only downside is that when you choose transportation they select the time frame of when you arrive and get picked up. I believe we inky had about 3 hours total which wasn't terribly bad but if the lines are long you might not be able to ride all of the rides.”

“I paid $700.00 and it was not worth it at all. I took a plane from Oahu early in the morning, the plane ride went fine, it is only about 20 minutes away. When I got there, someone came to pick me up at the airport, and after that, the problems started. The guy dropped me in a Safeway, he tried to explain what was happening but his English was quite limited (I am not a native speaker of English either, so I have empathy, however, he left me there without a clear explanation and I realized how far I was from the hotel, and I panicked a little bit).…”

“I was told it included transpiration, it did not! But even worse is when I "Uber" my trip the officials at Hanauma Bay did not recognize the registration I printed from Viator. The only good experience was the officials at the Park did allow us to enter but I had to prove I had ID. Very disappointed !!!”
